Refund Policy

Last updated: 4 October 2026

All sales are final. Because the free trial includes every feature, please try LnW Builder and LnW Playback with your own Mac, Ableton Live and show before you buy.

When we will help

You were charged twice for the same order.
You paid but never received a working license key.

In these cases send a DM to @lnwplayback on Instagram with your order email, and we'll fix it or refund you.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
