Terms of Sale and Use

These terms cover buying and using LnW Builder and LnW Playback (together, "the apps"), sold under the LnW brand ("we", "us"). By downloading, activating or buying the apps you agree to them.
1. What you get
One license key unlocks both apps. You can have the key active on 2 Macs at the same time. To use it on another Mac, release one of the two in the app's Settings, then enter the key on the new Mac.
The key is for you or your band. Please don't share it publicly, resell it, or try to get around the activation limit.
2. Price and payment
The license costs US$99, paid once. It is not a subscription. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details. Your key is sent by email right after payment.
3. Updates
All future updates of LnW Builder and LnW Playback are included at no extra cost.
4. Free trial
You can try the apps before buying: LnW Playback runs with every feature for 15 minutes at a time, and LnW Builder builds sets of up to 5 songs. Please use the trial to make sure the apps work with your Mac, your Ableton Live and your show.
5. Requirements
macOS 12 Monterey or later (Apple silicon or Intel) and Ableton Live 12.4 or later (Standard or Suite). Activation needs an internet connection once; after that the apps run offline.
6. Your responsibility on stage
The apps control Ableton Live during live performances. Always test your set before a show and keep a backup plan. We do our best to make the apps reliable, but we can't guarantee that they will be free of bugs or that they will work with every setup.
7. No warranty, limited liability
The apps are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost income, cancelled shows or other indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
8. Ableton
Ableton and Ableton Live are trademarks of Ableton AG. LnW is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ableton.
9. Refunds

10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
